WOW that looked easy! Looks like we get to move the projected bench max again. The way you crushed 245 off the 2 board and handled these 8s, things are looking up on the bench. Any tie in soreness from the dumbbells?

JB'S OLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 2 DAY 4 ME BACK
Only 2nd time doing Rack Pulls. I find it very difficult to do them, seeing how my lower back is pulling from a dead stop. The first rep is very difficult; subsequent reps not so much. It is basically sitbackcity for me. If I don't, that bar ain't going anywhere. I hope touch n' go is OK on these. All previous sets were not, but for some reason my body decided this set was going to be. I also have to take alot of ramp up sets. Rack Pulls Pin#2 Below Knee Ramp Up 135 X3 185 X3 205 X3 225 X3 275 X3 300 X1 315 X1 335 X1 Working 365 X6 385 X6 405 X6 425 X8 ![]() ![]() ![]() Wasn't sure what kind of weight I could handle, so I decided to work up from 365. Quite happy with this as shown by happy dance. GHR's BW X6 BW X6 BW X6 BW X6 These were almost impossible tonight. Lucky to get 6 reps. Side Bends SS Goblet Squats 90's X20/90 X12 (3 Sets) Could have done a few more reps, but I was getting to close to dropping the Bowflex DB - bad idea to do so because they will break and then I am out $800.00. That's it for week 2. Bring on week 3!!
