First, that is great news from the Doc. You have an outstanding outlook on life, which is a very powerful tool!

Both of those workouts looked great! I may change something in a few weeks, as I would like to see you hit 300 off that 2board before we eventually make it down to the chest. Those squats looked on the money as well. I know the feeling about misloading the bar, I dont even get to call my own weights in the gym haha!

You are almost half way with the high volume/rep part of the program. You and Mike are both doing a great job, I couldnt ask for a better group to be doing this with.

Thanks JB!! Ever since I was able to forgive my late father and sister for what they did to me, my outlook on life improved dramatically and I am thankful for every day I am able to lift. The conversation I had with my mom a few hours before she passed also has made me realize that I gotta live and enjoy it. I do believe it has been a big boom to my lifting as I am now more mentally ready to take on the challenges ahead.

I might have a 300 off the 2 board in me, but likely for just 1 rep if I did. If not now, I should in a few weeks with perhaps some adjustments should you make them. I really like that about this program! I would have to look at home in my notes, but I think I have hit 300 for 3 board before.

I think the miscue may have been the guy loading the bar forgot the bar was 55 lbs, but ya never know with them. They have purposefully loaded the bar with more weight knowing I am stronger than I think.

I sure appreciate the vote of confidence in Mike & I. I can honestly say I have never been so fired up about a training program than I am for this one. Having you as a mentor means so very much to me and motivates me to give it everything I have. I know you would expect nothing less. I also know everything is in place for me to make the most progression I have ever had and that all I have to do is put in the work. I really feel blessed to have all the guys here as mentors and for the Crew.
