Indeed! I'm so fortunate. This is a piece of the puzzle that has been missing and I am 100% confident JB, moar food and sleep will have me pulling 5PPS in a couple of months.

Haha!! Well, if JB is helping me, why not jump on board!! If it's any consolation, the Americans were of course my favorite in vegas. They were alot of fun and helpful as well. I now have 3 great friends in Texas and vegas I have met in person from the M&S forum.

OK - got it this morning JB! Thank you.

Just a couple of questions tho regarding this weekends sessions. I have never heard of nor done a Kaz Press. I did search it out on youtube, but only found some woman apparently doing them with DB's and some other person doing it with a Barbell, but not sure if they are correct or not. Is there a link to instruction or a vid? I can also ask the crew to show me, assuming someone there has heard of or done them before.

I reckon I could try them on the Smith machine (I think there is one in the gym where the crew trains). Heck, I am not even 100% sure there is a leg extension or ham curl bench) I guess I'll find out.

On Sunday, do I superset all 3 - the narrow stance ATG squats and leg extensions and ham curls? Or just the leg extensions and ham curls? I am thinking all 3 of course, but just wanted to make sure.

Other than that, all is clear and I am ready to go on Saturday!

I thought I may do a quick stay loose session tonight.

Goal was to have fun tonight. The only way to have fun on a cold, dark, and super snowy night is to either have sex or squat. Since Mrs Squatter had a headache.........

Crazy 8's. Turned out to be a total of 88 deep reps. Didn't plan it this way per se - I just wanted to do sets of 8 until I started to lose form and get tired. 8 reps was chosen to prepare me a bit for the start of the new routine.

Ever since I got called on depth on my opener in Vegas I have just wanted to bury everything in sight. It really hit me hard as I was so upset about it. There is something about being called on depth at a meet that really eats away at me.
