OK - got it this morning JB! Thank you.
Just a couple of questions tho regarding this weekends sessions. I have never heard of nor done a Kaz Press. I did search it out on youtube, but only found some woman apparently doing them with DB's and some other person doing it with a Barbell, but not sure if they are correct or not. Is there a link to instruction or a vid? I can also ask the crew to show me, assuming someone there has heard of or done them before. EDIT: I just found this link with instruction from Elitefts on how to do Kaz Press: http://asp.elitefts.net/qa/default.asp?qid=50139&tid=59 I reckon I could try them on the Smith machine (I think there is one in the gym where the crew trains). Heck, I am not even 100% sure there is a leg extension or ham curl bench) I guess I'll find out. On Sunday, do I superset all 3 - the narrow stance ATG squats and leg extensions and ham curls? Or just the leg extensions and ham curls? I am thinking all 3 of course, but just wanted to make sure. Other than that, all is clear and I am ready to go on Saturday! I thought I may do a quick stay loose session tonight.

SQUAT SESSION
Goal was to have fun tonight. The only way to have fun on a cold, dark, and super snowy night is to either have sex or squat. Since Mrs Squatter had a headache......... All reps ATG 95 X8 115 X8 135 X8 155 X8 175 X8 195 X8 205 X8 225 X8 245 X8 265 X8 285 X8 GM's (Wide Stance) 115 X8 115 X8 115 X8 Crazy 8's. Turned out to be a total of 88 deep reps. Didn't plan it this way per se - I just wanted to do sets of 8 until I started to lose form and get tired. 8 reps was chosen to prepare me a bit for the start of the new routine. Ever since I got called on depth on my opener in Vegas I have just wanted to bury everything in sight. It really hit me hard as I was so upset about it. There is something about being called on depth at a meet that really eats away at me.
