Thanks Steve. I already cut 10 lbs since August 1st. I went from 238 to 228 right now. I weighed in at 230 in Vernon.

JIMGYM SQUAT SESSION
Wanted to put my squat where my mouth is, sort of speak, and see if I could do what I plan do to in Vegas. The only difference in Vegas will be the ramp up. I only did triples in an attempt to get a little stronger and prove to myself that I can triple my opener, 375. This was simply a huge confidence builder for me. Squat 135 X3 185 X3 225 X3 275 X3 315 X3 335 X3 355 X3 375 X3 410 X1 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 425 X1 *Lifetime PR as I thought I hit depth* ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 425 X1 425 X1 Last 2 sets of 425 were almost the same, except form was breaking down. I have no idea why I didn't stop after the first 425, except to say the rush is addicting. Best part of this is that I nailed my 2nd attempt of 410.
