CREW SQUAT SESSION
Just did regular back squats this morning, which was fine with me because I was wiped out even before I started. Didn't sleep much because Franco was scabbing really bad last night. I simply could not get comfortable and only got maybe 4 hours sleep. 325 on the squats was just right. The deficit deads were awesome. This was my first time doing them. I attempted to do them in the JimGym once, but it was a disaster. Just like a mechanic, the right tools are everything. The team, of course, has a 2 inch platform. They assured me this was the perfect and most efficient assistance lift for my sticking point on deadlifts. Again, having a professional GHR Bench makes doing GHR's that much more enjoyable. Likewise for the Reverse Hyperextension. Super happy with all of my assistance lifts. Squat 85 X8 135 X5 185 X5 225 X3 245 X3 275 X3 300 X3 325 X3 325 X3 325 X3 325 X3 325 X3 Deficit Deadlifts 2 Inch Platform 225 X5 225 X5 245 X3 250 X3 250 X3 250 X3 250 X3 250 X3 GHR's BW X3 BW X3 BW X4 +1 Rep BW X4 Reverse Hyper Extensions 30 X8 +5 lbs 30 X8 30 X8 30 X8

Thanks Steve. They felt really smooth as well. I have more in me for sure, but just wanted to get the feel for them today, as I did not have a good experience with them last year in the JimGym.

DYNAMIC BENCH SESSION
Not the greatest of lifting tonight. The giant scab on Franco is absolutely driving me insane. I am at the point now where it is becoming such a distraction during my lifting I will have to layoff until the scabbing is mostly gone. Cleans were almost a disaster and I almost injured myself on the 155. Got a slight tweak in the lower back. These last few days I have found myself to be agitated, annoyed, irritable, angry, frustrated. Any little thing sets me off. I haven't slept in 2 days. I have given the to almost every motorist on the road.Hopefully this will all sort out by Thursday so that I can Squat. Dynamic Bench Bar XLots 95 X6 115 X6 135 X3 155 X3 180 X3 185 X3 170 X3 170 X3 170 X3 170 X3 170 X3 The 180 and 185 were too heavy to get decent speed on, so I lowered it to 170. Thought I got pretty good violence at that weight Cleans 135 X1 135 X1 155 X1 Military Press Bar X5 95 X3 125 X5 +5 lbs 125 X5 115 X4 115 X5 Drop set To: 95 X5 Happy with the OHP tonight. ![]() Chins BW X2 BW X2 BW X2
