Thanks so much Silverback. I thank Gawd that I have the priviledge of training with them. They are exactly what I needed exactly when I needed them to take my lifting to the next level.

CREW SQUAT SESSION

Just did regular back squats this morning, which was fine with me because I was wiped out even before I started. Didn't sleep much because Franco was scabbing really bad last night. I simply could not get comfortable and only got maybe 4 hours sleep. 325 on the squats was just right. The deficit deads were awesome. This was my first time doing them. I attempted to do them in the JimGym once, but it was a disaster. Just like a mechanic, the right tools are everything. The team, of course, has a 2 inch platform. They assured me this was the perfect and most efficient assistance lift for my sticking point on deadlifts.

Again, having a professional GHR Bench makes doing GHR's that much more enjoyable. Likewise for the Reverse Hyperextension. Super happy with all of my assistance lifts.

Thanks Steve. They felt really smooth as well. I have more in me for sure, but just wanted to get the feel for them today, as I did not have a good experience with them last year in the JimGym.

Thanks Mark!! I'll keep it up so I can keep pace with you.

Franco is being stubborn with alot of uncomfortable scabbing, but it will look epic when it's all healed up.

DYNAMIC BENCH SESSION

Not the greatest of lifting tonight. The giant scab on Franco is absolutely driving me insane. I am at the point now where it is becoming such a distraction during my lifting I will have to layoff until the scabbing is mostly gone. Cleans were almost a disaster and I almost injured myself on the 155. Got a slight tweak in the lower back.

These last few days I have found myself to be agitated, annoyed, irritable, angry, frustrated. Any little thing sets me off. I haven't slept in 2 days. I have given the to almost every motorist on the road.

Hopefully this will all sort out by Thursday so that I can Squat.
