I believe I am pushing my knees out slightly, but not 100% sure.

Thanks Babs - yes, I have a nervousness and confidence issue with squats at the moment - also have a stance issue as well. No worries tho, with Al & Steve's help it will be fixed shortly

5/3/1 RELOADED CYCLE 8 WEEK 3 BENCH PRESS

I was tired and feeling a bit beat up from the 20 repper squat, but I decided to bench today in order to lift my spirits up. I knew if I had a good session it would pave the way for a great dead session on Saturday. I'm going to absolutely smash deads like I never have before on Saturday by repping the sh!t out of 435 lbs. and do 440/450 lb singles. Then I'm going to rest in peace for a week.

Today's benching was a lifetime PB
