Sorry for that. Actually I was not kind of regular at gym except Squat / DL days. Having a torn muscle fiber at shoulder - bicep junction. So was a bit cautious during workouts. Also I was not posting / checking logs regularly except my favorite "Testosterone" ... .

Oh - I didn't mean it that way I have been struggling of late progressing on cleans, and I was just ecstatic that it finally came, despite the form issue i mentioned.

Sorry to hear about your injury. It seems it is on the mend

Even tho I missed the 320, I couldn't be happier because I did alot more work than last week and these were all 2 board. Last week I used 3 board for the heaviest sets. The boys also said the 295X3 set was excellent form!!

First time doing Floor Press. I tried it once in the JimGym, but that didn't work out because my pin height was just not right. Brian showed me how to do them properly. The 175 felt just right. I will most definitely do these every week from now on, and do incline DB at home.

I bought a Sony Bloggie Sport today to take vids at the PowerGym. I just have to figure it out, so hopefully I will get a vid of me deadlifting Sunday, and maybe a vid of someone deading an ungodly amount of iron.

Felt a little out of place today benching, as I was the only one not wearing a Bench Shirt. Haha I somehow get the feeling I will be wearing one sometime in the not too distant future. Seems I'm following right in the footsteps of LtL. I'm such a copycat.
