I was a little rusty on PC's. My first pull was not distinct enough from the 2nd.

Thanks so much Mark!! That session is taking me 3 days to recover from. It really kicked my butt. Fronts are a lift I just love to do. I think some variety, combined with frequency of 2X per week is ideal for my progression.

The singles felt so good I just wanted to do more, so I did.

If somebody would have told me last year that someday I would be able to do all this on bench, and after squats, I would have laughed them off of the side of the Earth.

I am finally starting to believe that In myself.
