Thanks Big Al. I seem to have lost a bit of strength on deads. Not sure why, but ut could likely be adjusting to the new shoes, as this was my first time wearing them on deadlifts.

B]531 CYCLE 3 WEEK 2 DAY 1 PUSH PRESS[/B]
Push Press 531 (Goal) Actual (125 X3) 125 X3 (140 X3) 140 X3 (157.5 X3) 157.5 X4 ![]() ![]() Power Cleans 165 X3 175 X3 PR ![]() ![]() 175 X3 175 X2 175 X2 Really stoked about the PC's today. I thought form was better which made the 165 feel too light and the 175 just right. Last time, I struggled with 170. I still have to re-schedule my Oly coaching - just waiting until I know when my eye surgery will be.. Appt. with the surgeon is Wednesday AM. BTNP 135 X6 135 X6 135 X6 Arnold Press 50's X6 50's X6 Face Pulls 80 X8 80 X8 Lateral Raises 20's X7 20's X7 Slept in until 4:30 this AM, so I had to pick up the pace. Squat-o-clock is Wednesday AM - money set is 345 X3 - will get 10 reps.
