Thanks for the suggestion GunNard!!

Well, I think you could build and shape your chest nicely with DBs that go up to 90. I've never used a 90# DB for benching and I've never barbell benched as much as you have.

I agree, I think we have similar body types.

I also like Chris Ashton's look:

I'm going to roll with this on bench day Nard. Once again, thanks so much for the suggestion. Hopefully it will work as nicely for me as it did for you.

Nice session Jim. Box squats tomorrow so get your toes in line with your knees, sit back onto the box and force the knees out sideways.

Hi again Jim - ^^^ Agreed, and honestly it's not so far out of reach for any one of us, so lets go for it!

Thanks Jimbob. I will get there this winter. I have the size, I think. Just a matter of shedding some fat now.

MOB POWERBUILDING CYCLE 3 DAY 9

Today was an absolutely glorious day. My blood pressure has now come down to 134/86. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT I am now at the point where I will not need any meds. This is truly one the happiest days of my life. I did everything I could to avoid taking meds, and it is paying off. And yes, I did get very emotional when the numbers appeard on the BP Monitor. This really helped fuel my training this AM.

Box Squats
245 X8
245 X8 PR +10 lbs See Vid
245 X8
245 X8
Wow - box squats are killer. There sure is something to be said for lifting weight from a sitting position.

Good Mornings
205 X10
205 X10 PR +5 lbs See Vid
205 X9
205 X9
Went with wide stance on these (about the same as my squat) as I read in Big Al's journal yesterday that a wide stance really hits the hammies big time, and man o man he wasn't kidding - what a fantastic stretch in the hammies.

Cardio
3.1 Miles
Jimtervals
24:10 Mins
These are a huge challenge after box squats and GM's.
