I'm baaaaaaaaaaack!! And to celebrate, I had the best OHP day I have ever had in my 25+ years of lifting. Tears of joy baby, tears of overjoy.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This session marks the beginning of cycle 8 5/3/1 RELOADED CYCLE 8 WEEK 1 PUSH PRESS Push Press 5/3/1 (Goal) Actual (127.5 X3) 127.5 X3 (145 X3) 145 X3 (162.5 X3) 165 X6 ![]() ![]() Plus, left 1 in the tank!!! I literally could not wipe the smile from my face. On cycle 1, week 1 I did 120 X6. last cycle, I did 160 X5Heavy Singles 180 X1 +5 lbs from last cycle 180 X1 Felt too light 185 X1 +10 lbs from last cycle Are you kidding me - my 1 RM from the beginning of cycle 6 was 190. This AM, 185 went up like it was nothing, even after doing my heavy 531 sets and 2 heavy singles beforehand. I'm literally stunned. ASSISTANCE LIFTS BHTNP 110 X10 PB +10 lbs 110 X10 110 X10 Pull Ups 50 Reps Total PB + 10 reps (4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4.2) Al - I did it!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT ![]() Face Pulls 85 X10 PB +5 lbs 85 X10 85 X10 70 X10 Cardio ![]() 10K (6.2 Miles) 52 Mins 718 Cals burned I'm soooooooooo pumped to smash squats in the morning!!!

great work Jim, thats one hell of a session big man. 50 pull ups is outstanding mate and I know how long you have been working towards that. Same with the PP and al other exercises, you have make superb progress right through 5/3/1 mate and long may it continue.
