Switching up training a bit. Maybe the achy R/C was my body telling me something, who knows. I'm going to take it easy for a bit and try to progress the weight load week by week and go by "feel". Today's w/o was a very light "getting the feel of things" session, but in the same hand it felt to be very productive. I so desperately wanted to load on the plates, yet I was able to keep my Ego in check and stick with the plan. It's an hour Post w/o and no aches or pains as of yet.
Pendlay Rows 135x5/5/5 Rack Chins BWx6/6 ~First time doing these, loved the feel. Lat Pull Downs 50x10 100x10 Flat Bench 135x10/10 *w/u 225x10 315x5 365x3 CGBP 225x10 275x10 Seated Overhead Plate Presses 45lb Plate x20/20/20 EZ Bar Curls 65x10/10/10 Seated French Press 65x10/10/10 ~All pulling and press moves were done with a wide bench grip, index finger on the outside of the ring (with the exception of the CGBPs).

Good to hear. One of the hardest things for me is to not ram the pedal as much as possible when I should be on cruise control.
Even if you don't compete in April, still thinking about coming up?
