eh brother 15 minutes better than no minutes..it takes a while to get used to all the cardio. If im not doing intervals for cardio i always have a book with me, it helps me kill the monotony of it all.

Will be taking it easy the next few weeks. Getting my body under the bar in this fashion aggravates my r/c pretty good. Squats 225x3/3/3/3/3 Good Mornings 225x3 315x3 365x3 365x3 365x3 Leg Extensions 90x10 135x10 180x10 225x10 270x5 Reverse Hypers 10/10/10/10/10 Cable Hammer Curls w/ rope 50x15/15/15 DB Curls 25x10 35x10 45x10 Nice easy day!
