Tues 3/5 Bench #2 @ Work
Bench 135x20 225x10 315x5/5 405x1 BB Shrugs 405x10/10 505x5/5 Thurs 3/7 Squats ~ Missed Due to Work. Sat 3/9 Bench #1 @ BSM Bench 155x15 265x10 374x3 418x1 440x1 Bench w/ Super Ram 451x1 473x1 ~Weights are approx. (Ivanko Kilo Plates) ~All lifts felt light and very stable. ~Thanks to Roger Ryan, Matt Houser and the rest of the crew at Bloomington Strong Man. Today Sun 3/10 Deads @ Home. Deads Warm Ups 135x5 225x3 315x3 ~ Left hip is sore. Deads Lockout at 452 caused bad pain in the upper Left Glute, dropped to 405. 405x1/1/1 ~ Lockouts were painful RDLs ~ Sore 225x5/5/5 Leg Curls 90x15/15/15 Seated Calves 200x10/10/10 BB Rows ~ Didnt do, pain bending at the hips. Misc Bicep Work. ~Good session minus the hip/glute pain. Will attempt to work around.
