Strong, Strong, Strong!!
I thought of you this morning. I happened to glance @ the standing calve raise machine and the pin was set @ 460 or 490 somewhere in there. All I was thinking to myself yea right! ha ha Gasp is 'Super Duper' strong doing around 290 correct me if i am wrong? I am thinking there is no way whomever was there was doing 4++ probably half reps and bouncing up in down like a moron... That is typical there!!
