Bench #1 Bench w/u 135x15/15 225x15/15 Bench @ 60% 315x8/8 CGBP 315x3/3/3 Cable Reverse Grip 55x15/15/15 Tricep Band Work #3 x 20/20/15/10 Prone DB Laterals 30x8/8 Face Pulls #3 x 15/15/15 Light BB Shrugs 315x15/15 **Shoulders were crunchy today, no pain though.**
