I missed a few days due to OT at work. I squeezed in a few basic sessions at work.
M.E. Bench Bench 135x20 225x10 315x5 405x3 (95% 1RM) 445x1/1 (90%) 425x1/1/1 (85%) 405x1/1/1/1 ~ Tris were smoked, no further Tri work needed. Prone DB Laterals 30x10/10/10 Power Shrugs 405x10 500x10 600x5 Nice quick session, now off to the NPC Continental USA Bodybuilding & Figure.
