Nice session G. I too have lots of junk in the trunk which make barbell hacks and behind the back shrugs, very difficult

April 5th

Yesterday's workout felt decent and productive. Benching movements went smooth and relatively pain free. It was the cable push-downs that were painful. So once again it was a light training session, hope to heal this painful shoulder so that I am able to crush some serious weights soon.

BW @ 4AM today was at a new low of 302!

Bench Warm Up
