Squats 135x5/5 w/u 225x5 315x5 405x3 ~The 405 stressed the shoulder a bit. BB Hack Squats 135x5 225x5 315x4 ~First time doing these, felt odd but good.... ![]() Leg Extensions 180x10 225x10 RDLs 135x10 225x10 315x10 Leg Curls 90a10 135x10 Standing Calf Raises 180x10/10/10 Seated Calf Raises 140x10/10 Body weight down to 305, I was for sure it would have been 320 after last weeks "lack of diet". Shoulder a little tight, not painful though.

When I tried BB Hack squats, I kept hitting the back of my legs or butt and got sick of it, so I dropped them eventually; other than that they were pretty good. I may have encountered the problem I did because I was using smaller diameter weight plates, who knows.
But, reading your log has reminded me that there was a version I saw with KBs so I might see how they fare, since they really hit the quads which I enjoyed.
