Man, I wanna shed a few unwanted lbs as well - looking good so far Al!!

Pulls also looking great - seems you are constantly pulling. Things moving in right direction. How do like OHP'ing so far? I think it should be a staple in every routine. It would be interesting if they made it an official event in a meet.

Some meets do have OHP as a 4th lift

I like doing them behind the head. Weights are ludicrously light at the moment but will improve soon I hope.
