To get that shirt down, you are really going to need to work on your shirt bench outside of the shirt. Practice at a light warm up weight throwing those elbows around.

MAX EFFORT SQUAT/DL
Pulls from the railway sleepers in the gym 3-4" at a guess. Very bad height for me. 70kgs for 2 sets of 3 120kgs for 2 sets of 3 Add suit straps down and belt 170kgs x 3 Straps up 190kgs x 1 215kgs x 1 Add baby powder 225kgs x 1 Add 1 x 20kgs chain per side, attached in the middle 225kgs x fail Attach chains at end so half stays on. Equivalent of 10kgs chain. 225kgs + chains x 1 230kgs + chains x 1 Standing cable crunches 40kgs x 50 straight and 25 per side Solid session tonight. Deadlifts from this height suck the big one for me. 225kgs is my planned opener and it was relatively easy. The baby powder really helped with my right hand catching on my thigh. Shouldn't have made a 40kgs chain weight jump but worked back up more sensibly afterwards. Used the patented Howland hand slap for the top set and it worked a treat. Confident for a PB at the meet in just over 3 weeks. Suit felt good although didn't really give me much pop from the higher position. Feeling pretty run down at the moment but have a few days off now so will be resting and recovering hard. Editing video now.
