I also instantly loved squatting with chains when the crew used them. They never use them on bench tho, so I am going to get some for use in the JimGym. I hope you can manage to get some more rest. Your such a warrior to do what you do.

MAX EFFORT BENCH PRESS
Warm-ups Incline dumbell bench 17.5kgs for 2 sets of 20 Face pulls 8 plates for 2 sets of 20 Bench Press against doubled super mini bands Bar for 2 sets of 3 50kgs x 3 80kgs x 3 95kgs x 1 105kgs x 1 115kgs x miss. Too slow. Didn't try again. Moved onto shirt work. 130kgs x 1 140kgs x miss 140kgs x 1 150kgs x miss x 2 Bit of a weird session. Bearing in mind I successfully pressed only 40% of my shirted lifts, I normally would be annoyed, frustrated and worried but I'm not. Banded presses basically highlight the weakest part of my shirted press: the transition halfway up. I am tucking my elbows hard to touch but struggle to whip them back out to get to lockout. Annoyingly the best rep of the night, the second 140, is not on camera due to memory failure but the reason it was so good was that I got the bar down quickly and then threw it back up and got elbows out. The first 150 wasn't too bad, just didn't press and flare quick enough. The second was bad. My forearms were burning at that point, I dumped the bar a bit at the bottom and stuck pretty nicely around 3" off my chest. Overall it was a weird session but I still feel good about it. That 140 is between 175-180 at the top so I'll take that. Massive thanks to Hazzard for his help. He has the art of creating man cleavage down to a fine art now
