Nice work tonight man, some good volume. Thought that good morning video would be much more shaky with one hand, unless you used the YouTube stabiliser...? (which is goddawful by the way).
Those 220 and 230kg squats looked awesome mate.

Hey man great work in here. Listen I don't want to hijack your log with this but somewhere you had mentioned some things you had learned about training westside raw (adjustments etc). I was wondering if you wouldn't mind laying that out or elaborating on that. PM me or post in my lifting log if you have some time to kill and don't mind (so as not to clutter your log)? I'd be grateful

DYNAMIC EFFORT BENCH
Dumbell bench superset with face pulls 15kgs for 3 sets of 15 ss 6plates for 3 sets of 15 Speed bench Week 1 of 3 Chains hung to equivalent of 10kgs per side at the top Bar for 2 sets of 3 50kgs for 2 sets of 3 Add slingshot 75kgs for 5 sets of 3 90kgs for 5 sets of 3 All sets done with a minute's rest and POR grip. Floor press with Fat Gripz 60kgs x 10 80kgs x 10 90kgs x 12 Lat pulldowns 55kgs x 10 60kgs for 3 sets of 10 V bar tricep pushdowns with cable 1 set of 20 Hurt my elbows so switched to Light band pushdowns 3 sets of 20 Superset with Hammer curls 12.5kgs for 2 sets of 20 and 1 set of 10 Solid session tonight. Elbows were sore from the heavy work at the weekend but it was the light week in the final build-up so dealt with ok. Working with less accommodating resistance for this wave so that bar weight will be higher. This is Coach Faz's idea to make me more stable in the bottom position. Really like floor press with Fat Gripz: kills the triceps. The rest of the assistance was high rep stuff pushing blood into the muscles for recovery. 4.5weeks out and I'm sore but strong

Thanks for the quick review on the Fat Gripz for floor press - I have some and will use them next time.
