EXTRA Seated Cable Rows ss Front/Lateral raises 13p for 1 set of 10 then 14p for 3 sets of 10 All supersetted with 6kgs for 10 each way then 2 sets of 8kgs for 10 each way Hammer curls ss with tricep pushdowns 18kgs for 4 sets of 10 ss 8p for 4 sets of 10 Kelso Shrugs ss Cable abs 14plates for 3 sets of 10 ss 10p (1st), 9p (2nd) and 8p (3rd) for sets of 30 FIN Now it's holiday time. We fly on Sunday and are back the following week. Then it's countdown to meet time. Al

2 things stick out to me.
1: Work on raising your belly just before touch. This will cut the ROM enough that its similar to a 1board. Just takes time working on it. 2: Let the bar drift back to your face just a little more about 3/4 of the way up. It will make the lockout that much easier. Touching looked to be no real issue. Looked like you were slow off the chest in the shirt, im sure that is just time off from it though. Overall you have to feel happy with the progress.
