Dead stop GMs from 13th hole down (12 showing) Bar for 2 sets 40kgs x 3 50kgs x 3 60kgs x 3 70kgs x 2 75kgs x 2 80kgs x 2 85kgs x 2 90kgs x 2 Default PB RDLs 100kgs x 10 120kgs x 10 130kgs x 10 Add belt 140kgs x 10 Form broke down a bit but +20kgs from last time GHRs 20 (+5reps) 10 10 Grappler with 10kgs on bar 4 sets of 10 rotations The GMs felt much better than last time I tried them. Load was much lighter but destroyed my posterior chain so hopefully form was stricter this time. Might have managed a little more but I am trying to teach my muscles to do the right thing so don't want to overload and let them cheat. RDLs felt strong but my lower back and hams were on fire by set 4. GHRs after that were HARD but I am loving the new bench. Forgot to film sorry but trust me, it's painful Grappler to finish for some oblique work. All done on an empty stomach, Volatile pre-WO and Endurance intra. Felt strong, clean energy and overall I feel like I progressed today: working my weak points in the right way. Good times. Really interesting spin on those GM's Big Al. I have never seen them done that way.
![]() RDL's looked great. I personally like to get the bar a little lower for the hammy stretch. Very nice that Fiorella is learning to swim already!!

Thanks Jim. I will work the bar down lower eventually. If I do it now my upper back rounds so I'm staying slightly higher.
Rob my squat numbers are 227.5kgs raw in a meet and 260kgs equipped in the gym so a LOT higher than my GMs. Al |
