That's one of the reasons I don't care for planned deloads. Sometimes they are needed, but if you're in the mood to crush it, then crush it.

Like the others have said I think deloads are a good idea if you need them, but not necessarily needed every 3 weeks or whatever. If you are feeling strong then lift heavy.

Add Green bands around 100kg's tension at the top I think (can't be bothered checking)

Sumo DL's
140kg's for 8 singles, 30 seconds rest between rep's

Ab's
Standing band crunches ss with leg raises
12 ss 20
20 ss 20
20 ss 20
All sets done with no rest between other than waiting for Dave to finish his rep's

Back was super stiff after a week of DIY, decorating and furniture construction so I wanted to keep things light and get some blood flowing into it and get ready to smash again next week. Will also be getting a massage this week to release the giant sized knot which has formed again causing the forearm pain to return. It's not bad now but if I can get it sorted before it becomes bad, that would be helpful

I have left the original audio on the video so that you can hear the banter that goes on during training, a bit of technique discussion around my shoulder positioning and the discussion about the guy in the corner behind me who has AWFUL personal hygiene
