Thanks Swedish. The bands pull you forward if you get out of position off the box so it really adds to the exercise.

EXTRA

Lat Pulldowns
Wide grip
9plates x 10 warm-up
12plates for 5 sets of 10

Tricep Tri-Set
Close grip floor press, Tate press and rolling extensions
10kgs for 15 15 15
12kgs for 15 15 15
12kgs for 15 15 4

Front raises and lateral raises with Fat Gripz
6kgs for 10 10
6kgs for 15 15
6kgs for 15 15

Hammer curls with Fat Gripz
14kgs for 3 sets of 10 both arms at the same time

All done in 30minutes. Pump-tastic!

Nice short, intense session. I take it the Fat Gripz make the exercises even harder than with just the normal weightload alone?

Yeah Fat Gripz make the exercises more challenging and work my forearms and grip. Stops me from getting too beat up on all of the extra stuff by limiting the weight I use.
