Thought about doing some shoulders but some plank had left 3pps on the bar and that was enough to make me realise that if I was too tired and sore to unload the bar, I probably shouldn't push my shoulders any further. Especially as this was three days training in a row, two of those Max Effort.

Very pleased with how the pressing went. That's the most I've pressed and the cleanest I've done this year. The Fatness made it hard to lower the bar quickly as I had to go with a thumbless grip but as the weights went up, I got quicker and the presses got cleaner. Bit of light assistance and I was done. Good times.

Mini LtL's birthday tomorrow so have a day of fun planned. Can't believe she's a year already. Very proud Dad
