I've done both fast and controlled for board work. Both have their merits and I can't say either is better. I switch back and forth between the two.

Thanks. I'm going to try the fast eccentrics this afternoon, I feel with heavier weights I get into the (bad) habit of lowering the weight too slowly. So this might help correct that.

I think that's probably an advantage of the Floor Press compared to Boards, you're forced to lower it slower else you'd just smash your elbows up.

Did some rehab work for forearms tonight. Iced them earlier and have taken NSAIDs as well. Tonight I did some home graston and iced them again. Now gonna do some rolling and lacrosse ball work before hitting my bed.
