@Steve - Recently I've been combining icing in 10-15 minute stints with compression using a knee wrap. I wrap as tight as possible and leave until the limb goes a bit numb. Once I remove the wrap blood rushes to the area that was covered. Seems to work ok. LtL |

MAX EFFORT SQUAT/DL
Quick stretch and away I went. Allergies were killing me so took a load of caffeine and hoped for the best. Equipped squats Straps down 60kgs x 8 100kgs x 5 140kgs x 3 Straps up and belt on 180kgs x 2 Knee wraps 200kgs x 2 220kgs x 2 235kgs x 2 PB FIN Ran out of time for assistance. Being a gear whore takes ages! Felt great tonight though. Worked doubles to be able to concentrate on form and sitting back more. With the straps up my hips are still getting pulled forward but I was able to correct that on the fly during the descent and get deeper on the 235kgs set. Camera failed to record but Hazz reckoned I was only a couple of inches high which I am happy with. With better technique next time I should get that weight down in there. Will do my leg curls and abs for assistance tomorrow. Very pleased with tonight ![]() LtL |
