You going all the way down to 93 now? I'd say that's a solid plan.
Sure I'll see you at the Nationals, at least that's the plan. But I've learnt that what happens between now and then isn't always in my hands So let's just see what happens and enjoy it.

I don't know that I'll do all of the way to 93 in one go. I plan on getting to the high 90s (101kgs yesterday morning) and seeing how I feel in myself and in the gear. The GBPF isn't until end of November so I have a long while to go yet. Just taking it slowly.
Edit: I don't know that I'll ever diet all of the way to 93kgs. More likely 95-96kgs and then cut water. LtL |

You're almost there already mate. If you're weighing in at close to 100kg you'd be selling yourself short at 105kg. I would just suggest you do a couple of trial runs. The main thing is dealing with the head**** of losing that weight and still being able to perform.
I'll PM you, it's from a PM JC sent me from Sugden so i'm hesitant to post it publicly. |

Thanks man. Main concern would be how the gear would fit so I'd have to make sure I do a trial run first. This can be done closer to the time though.
For public reference here is the article I followed last time: http://www.elitefts.com/documents/making_weight.htm LtL |

No problem.
The water weight shouldn't pose a problem for your gear, you cut from 97 to 93 and then carb back up to about 95 in time to lift. The diet might though but it's only a few kg's, so I can't see it being a major issue. |
