Been doing Kettlebell swings and plan on incorporating the dimmels soon as well. I had a bit of an epiphany moment on the last pull and in talking with Steve after: I need to start thinking of my arms as hooks and stop pulling. I'll get there eventually. LtL |

Fingers crossed Steve.
No more training now until after holiday unless I manage to sneak a session in tomorrow night (unlikely). I have deliberately over reached in my training, safe in the knowledge that I have time to recover. In the last week I have hit: Squat 255kgs against average bands PB Bench 190kgs off one board Two higher volume assistance sessions A disappointing deadlift session Looking forward to resting up and smashing some PBs when I return.
