Strong solo squatting LtL. With you on the food coma, I'd say 10 minutes before I become immobile.

@D - thanks buddy. Just trying to stay ahead of you.

@JByrd - 100% agree with you.

@JT Had dinner number one of steak and sweet potato with Mrs and Mini LtL earlier. We've just put Mini to bed so it's about time for dinner number two

Rehab and mobility

Rolling for upper back, glutes and it bands
Multi directional lunges
BW split squats

This really opens up my hips and groin and loosens up my back. Hope to keep it going and see if it helps me get into a better position on the squat in my gear.

Oh and I also did some practise on my knee wrapping. Worked out why they were a little uneven yesterday; was wrapping both knees clockwise Hard to get them going the same way when wrapping yourself...

Where to you start with your wraps. Bottom up, center leg, or top down?

I guess I need to watch a few videos. I've been practicing and starting with the wrap about 45 degrees off center thigh towards the quad.

@Steve - I start under the knee cap, double wrap there then work up and then all the way back down for the final loop at the bottom. Similar to the Andy Bolton video on wrapping. Will find and post later.

@SB - Thanks brother. Felt good to take that much weight to depth and back up again.

I am sure your bro-spotters were worried about how to determine if you were experiencing a near death episode. I do not recall ever seeing you fail on a squat anyway Big Al.

Glad you are feeling much better mate.

Mini LtL is sick at the moment so I skipped the gym tonight to help Mrs LtL look after her. Should make it up tomorrow night.
