Looks like a solid session there mate. How did you find the box squats, harder than you thought or easier ?? I always fancied trying them, but really havent got a clue about how to do them properly so I will be eager to see critiques of your form.

They are supposed to really help with exploding p though mate, i think you are just gonna get stronger and stronger on this program.

The box squats were good. I used the lowest bench in the gym but it was probably just parallel at the bottom so even with the high band tension, it was easy to explode up. It's good to work on coming to a complete stop though. Gonna try to find a lower platform for when I do them again in a few weeks time.

I may try giving Box Squats a go on Sunday... I am gonna do the 100 squat challenges, but I will be doing various different squats, Back, Front, OH, and Box... 25 of each, just now to find a box low enough for me to get parallel with my 28" legs
