DYNAMIC EFFORT LOWER
Squats against red bands, adding approximately 45kg's at lockout. All sets done with minimum rest, concentrating on speed and forcing my knees out at the bottom. 60kg's x 5 60kg's x 3 80kg's x 3 90kg's x 3 90kg's x 3 100kg's x 3 100kg's x 3 Romanian DL's First set regular, rest SUMO 120kg's x 10 120kg's x 10 130kg's x 10 135kg's x 10 PB Cable Crunches 7plates x 12 7plates x 20 (Made a deal with myself that if I hit 20, I wouldn't need to do another set )Trained alone again tonight which meant absolute minimum rest. This combined with the deep heat on my stiff back and knees meant I was sweating up an absolute storm by the end. Almost puked during and after the RDL's. Good times. Brutal lower back pump and overall a pretty good session ![]() LtL
