yeh but you pull massive numbrs so often, its nice to see you smashing Heavy Weight in something different

I forget sometimes just how strong overall you are, seriously you just dont have a weak lift at all

Sounds good mate, I'm basically going to repeat last Saturday, but the heavy 3-board work without bands. Then next week I'll do the 2-board without bands, trying to match what I did with the 3-board, maybe for a double rather than a triple. And so on and so forth.

You're 100% correct Jim: my calf strength is poor

I'm especially pleased with the grip strength as I have tiny mitts. Makes holding onto the bar that little bit harder and is also why I chalk the crap out of my hands before a big pull.

Me deadlifting about 14months ago:


Around 150kg's for 6. A rep PB at the time I believe.

Bodyweight was 80kg's. Possibly a little less.
