That's pretty much how I think it went down yes Ken

Thanks buddy. Bench still feels weak but that's cos John and Pete both bench more so the comparison doesn't help. When I compare my lifts with myself a year ago, I'm very happy with where I'm at and where I'm headed right now.

real nice vid man. you've got tremendous raw strength. I noticed on your last set (end of video) your wrists break back a bit...have you tried to wrap your straps into your palm? it solved that problem for me.
