Definitely. Any bodyweight exercise like that you can max out on as much as you want really I think. Try changing your grips, doing holds, negatives, just do pull ups. It works.

DYNAMIC EFFORT LOWER BODY

Squats against Blue Bands (45kg's @ top)
Bar for 3 sets of 5 (making sure tension is right)
60kg's for 2 sets of 3
70kg's for 2 sets of 3
80kg's x 3 (with loose knee wraps for this and all remaining sets)
90kg's x 3
100kg's x 3

Goblet Squats
28kg's x 10
30kg's x 10
32kg's x 10
36kg's x lost count. I think 20


Band Leg Curls with Blue band
Single leg seated x 15
Double leg lying for 2 sets of 15

GHR's for one all out set of brutality
I think I got around 13-15 rep's inbetween all of the searing pain

Good session again tonight. Quad's don't feel too bad but hamstrings are FRIED! Trained with Gary and John again, good banter and competition but some serious weight moved. Nothing was too heavy but rep's are going through the roof at the moment! If this doesn't get me some growth, nothing will. Dinner time now and then a couple of rest days before the weekend's heavy sessions. Good times.

Tonight was the first time doing them. Weights should increase on them quite quickly and I think at heavier weight, they will help yeah. Upper back, core and hip mobility all get worked as well as legs obviously.

GHR's deep fried my Hams on squat day as well. They are the perfect exercise to polish off a squat session.
