Weight: Forgot to weigh, may have been Freudian! I am still in my first week of a 5x5 routine. I am still trying to get an idea of how heavy to go on each lift, but it is getting better. My arms, shoulders, and chest are sore. Stiff Legged Deads 50x5 60x5 70x5 80x5 100x5 This is the first time I have done SLDL so I went light and will see how I feel tomorrow.
