Day 5 big boy gym

Seated front press - 125x3 135x3 135x5
Arnold presses - 40x10x3
assisted pull ups - 50 total

YES!!! Finally got a good day of food in yesterday and i sure felt the difference today in the gym. No PRs, but im building back up quickly
God I love to lift
