Day 2 The Big Boy Gym

Deadlift - 295x5x5
Goodmornings - 95x10x3
B/B shrugs - 275x10 315x10 365x12

My deadlifts are always heavily affected by my squats and vice versa. Ugh, its been an ongoing situation for me??? Ive been playing with the idea of deadlifting only twice a month.

Super heavy shrugs there mate - good work!
I don't deadlift so can't help you with your dilemma though.

It's OK to deadlift just twice per month brother. The deadlift is so taxing to the body and thus recovery time is longer than most other lifts.

I'm subbed buddy!!

Day 4 big boy gym

This is my first time squatting in 11 days due to hectic schedule

Squat - 245x5x3
gms - 95x13x12x10
leg press - worked up to six plates per side
calves
practiced squat form on box

Horrible training sesh, no strength,no energy, no motivation. Work has taken the drivers seat in my life, and for the first time thats ok. Regardless, ill continue training as frequently as possible and continue piecing together a decent diet as best as i can.

Thanks btb. Dude is a true manlet standing about 5'5", but very well built, thick and lean.Hes the only one ive seen in there "smithing". Everybody else does the standard periodizing of squat, bench, d/l, ohp, from what i can see so far.

Now i have to rearrange my training schedule to avoid this guy. LOL, he said hed help whenever possible
