It's OK to deadlift just twice per month brother. The deadlift is so taxing to the body and thus recovery time is longer than most other lifts.

Day 4 big boy gym
This is my first time squatting in 11 days due to hectic schedule ![]() Squat - 245x5x3 gms - 95x13x12x10 leg press - worked up to six plates per side calves practiced squat form on box Horrible training sesh, no strength,no energy, no motivation. Work has taken the drivers seat in my life, and for the first time thats ok. Regardless, ill continue training as frequently as possible and continue piecing together a decent diet as best as i can. |
