Hey abs, I havent had the chance to snap any pics of the bbgym and they dont have a website but heres some footage of pro bodybuilder, andy haman. The lifting is done at flex gym of colorado springs, co, aka the big boy gym
Andy is SCARY big but hes a neat guy, a grade school teacher and is well known in our community for good things. Ive had the intimidating honor of training alongside of him. Last edited by ILoveLifting; 03-30-2011 at 10:02 AM. |

lol - Thanks carl but the pullups took about 15 sets. I absolutely blow at pullups. I refuse to count sets
Day 13 Big Boy Gym first real day of new program(dynamic work added - squat & dead same day) Floor press - 225x5 245x4 265x3 d/b press - 80x8x10 70x10x6 d/b rows - 80x10x2 90x10x2(last 3 reps on left hand were from floor) Loving this set-up, it flowed like water ![]() ![]()

![]() I was alluding to your total pullups of 50. No matter how many sets it takes, just getting 50 done is strong brother - your certainly not as bad at pull ups as you think you are. I remember quite often seeing alot of dudes cranking out pull-ups like they were nothing. Most of them had nothing for lower body. I used to get a bit jelly until I realized they cannot deadlift 405 lbs, or squat 225 with good form.
