I'm 46 yrs old and have been "lifting" since college. Usaully something like 6 months lifting, 5 years off. I have been somewhat consistant the last 5 years. However, nagging injuries, bad decisions, and a few "off" times have held me back.Starting at 5'9", 165# w/ 31.5" waist. Routine I have been doing MaxOT and bulking since mid Oct. The first 3 months went well, but the last 6 weeks I have went from gaining muscle to gaining all fat. I seemed to blow up like a balloon. I had planned to start cutting and enter the end of Jan, but some things came up and I put it off. I now wished I had gone ahead and entered then. On the positive side, I think I have eaten all of my cravings during this last cheat week. So, maybe I can get through the next 12 weeks. Sunday- Deads and bi's Monday-Lats and Tri's Tuesday-Cardio Wednesday-Legs Thursday-Cardio Friday-Chest, shoulders, abs Saturday-Cardio I usually change my routine every month. GOALS 1. Lose this unsightly bodyfat. I want to be around 150# with 30" waist. 2. Lift hard and smart. 3. Keep diet in check. 4. Do enough cardio to make up for any shortcomings in #3. 5. Stay motivated and help motivate others. Last edited by storm1507; 03-21-2011 at 08:42 AM. |

Welcome to the contest Storm. Hope to see you smash all your goals and then some.
Is this your first attempt with fasted cardio? Just wondering your thoughts, if any?

1. To protect my knees...Dad has had both replaced and I've had some issues in the past. His Doc sent message to me....No running, no jumping. 2. It just fits me better. I work evenings, but am a morning person. So, I'm usually up early looking for something to do. LOL, I first thought you were hiding the women and children cuz of my pics. |
