Decided I'd post a training log of what's to come. My stats are far from good or great which is one of the main drives for me. I want strength. My stats as of now for the big 3 (all 5x5, I do not know my 1RM): Bench: 180lbs Dead: 295lbs Squat: 330lbs Starting this coming Monday Febraury 28th, 2011, I will begin the first day of the Muscle and Brawn Powerbuilding routine. Even though it says not to tinker, I want my 20 minutes of cooldown LISS. Dieting will consist of a basic keto plan. Until then, I'm going to play around with the weights and see how much I can push out. Workout Log: 12 Day Cycle 1 Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 REST Day 4 Day 5 Days 6, Day 7 REST, Day 8 Day 9 Day 10, Day 11 REST Day 12 12 Day Cycle 2 Day 1 Day 2 Last edited by ForwardMotionStruggle; 03-15-2011 at 08:28 PM. You squat and you deadlift, many don't do either these days...and those stats, not exactly lightweight

DAY 1:
It went alright. Forgot my music so I couldn't deafen myself to the guys talking next to me. Front Squats ATG 3x6: 235lbs - I think I could've done more. We'll see next time. Deadlifts 5x3: 275, 295, 315, 325, 325lbs - I wasn't sure what weight I would be doing. Next time I'm going linear lifts at 315lbs. Heavy Abs: 4x20second Planks, 2x10 110lbs Woodchoppers (Both ways? Pulling up and down?) both sides of course Overall it was ok. I want my music and I just felt drained today. It was a bit rushed due to work being right after and the incoming hailstorm I had to make sure I got ahead of the traffic. Didn't get to do my cooldown. Realized my core isn't as strong as I had originally thought. Well, just gotta get my mind right and make sure I push harder tomorrow. GO TIME. |
