this is what I am doing for my next training regime. I haven't decided between my own structure for bench progression, and the Russian bench program
Day 1: Russian bench program or LIME program, CG burndown set, skull crushers, DB bench and press, lats Day 2: Off Day 3: LIME squat program, a couple sets partial squats, linear progression pendlay rows, calves, chins ups, core Day 4: Russian bench program/ or LIME program, CG burndown set, triceps, delts Day 5: Off Day 6: LIME FS, deficit deadlift, halting deadlift, biceps, hammys, core Day 7: off

95x10 165x10 205x1 idk, it didnt feel as easy as I wanted it to 135x12 paused rows 95x10 115x10 95x15 hamstrings pushdowns 3x10 thoughts a few more days then i will post some heavy shit

LIME bench
bench 135x10 195x8 250x11 not bad, lack of control from deload could of done another rep 225x10 185x10 close grip dumbbell bench 70x10 70x8 I stopped here, I was fatigued for some reason Dips x15 45x10 same thing was tired lateral raises 15x2x12 12x20 row machine 145x10 170x10 170x12 Thoughts I am having second thoughts only taking 5 days of deloading, but I really wanted to start today so I could have Sunday off. It wasn't a terrible day, but I hope the lack of energy didnt have anything to do with being overtrained. I think its fine.

LIME squat day
BW=184 Squat 95x8 165x6 235x4 295x4 350x4x4 fuuuuuckkkkk. I took like 15 minutes between one of the sets I couldn't walk from the muscle spasms in my arse. penderlay Rows 135x10 155x2x10 hammer ups x16 x17 x19 hamstring curls 80x15 80x20 DB curls 20x10 30x10 abs thoughts Worst workout this year. I felt like garbage, got 4 hours of sleep, and the pain that 350 sets initiated made this horrible. I wanted to RDL's but I could hardly stand up for 5 minutes after my sets. Not a good start to my cycle.
