Strong ass lifting right there. Get that deadlift form nailed down and you'll be hitting 600 in no time. You aren't that much older than me and a whole lot stronger. Inspiring.

Solid commitments on all your lifts!
Deadlift is actually not too bad, make it a better habit to flex your triceps harder so you don't tear your biceps and check the how to deadlift thread and browse through for tips & tricks to hone it. Using your back on the deadlift is fine,thats is one of the muscles used to deadlift, but I would focus on heavy rowing and lots of lat work to prevent rounding, take the stress off the lower and put it in the upper. |

Deload week
press 85x3x10 bench 135x10 185x2x10 skullz 65x3x10 thoughts. Nothing really, just a really easy deload day. I should get back into it again by next week
