Great final day of heavy deadlifts.....I am trashed, I pushed it hard!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday- 03/01/11

Deadlifts
135x10, 225x8, 315x1, 405x1, 495x1, 555x2, 555x1 (ugly and no lock out), 315x5

Bentover Barbell Rows
135x10, 225x5, 315x5x2, 365x5x2, nice and slow

Machine Back Rows
150x10x3 with hold at top

Barbell Shrugs with roll at top and hold
315x5x5, 365x5

Bentover Rear Back Flies
45x10x5

Upright Side Raises
35x5x5 with pauses, tough cause tired

Back is tired, Next week work lots of light reps up to opener of 500x1x1, then rest.
