Had a TERRIFIC day in the gym...feeling really good about my next meet.
Thursday- 02/24/11 Deadlifts 1x10-135, 1x6-225, 1x3-315, 1-405, 1-445, 1x3x500 could have done more, but Im having no pain, so I am not pushing it yet, plus just 3 weeks ago I maxed out at meet with 513, so I'll take this..... Speed reps on box with doubled over red bands 225 + 80lbs (guess) of bands. 3x5 Close Grip Rows 5x12 120,150,200,240,200 Wide Grip Rows 4x12 120,130,150,150, Wide Grip Pull Downs 2x15-160 Shoulder With Grip Pull Downs 2x15-180 Reverse Close Grip Pull Downs 1x25-120 I feel GREAT!!! |

Trying to train arms for the Pro Sport Meet in October.
Friday-02/25/11 Bi's EZ Bar Curl with strict form and pauses. Barx10, 60x6, 80x5, 100x3, 120x3, 150x3x2, 110x6 speed reps! Dumbell Curls 70x5x2, 60x5, 50x5, 45x6, 35x8, 25 with fat grips x 12 "KILLERS" Straight bar cables 4x12-15 w/ 80lbs. Hammer Curls with Fat Grips 45x5, 30x8, 20x10 FOREARMS SCREAMING!!! GREAT DAY!! Getting shoulders stronger, but need more work, I am behind I think on these compared to my bench.
Sunday-2/27/11 CHEST DAY; worked up to 90% 135x10, 225x8, 315x5, 405x1, 475x3x2, 315x15 Hanging plate work for speed. 225 + 90 hanging, 3x3 with pauses, 1x10 speed Excersize ball Dumbell presses 50x15, 75x15 cable crossovers top settings- 2x15=70 middle settings- 1x15=70 bottom settings- 1x15=50 Tricep PushDowns V-bar 3x15-200 Wide Grip Pushdowns Straight Bar 3x15-150 STanding Shoulder Presses 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x1, 295x1 |
