ok for some reason unknown to me, i have been unable to post up my workouts for last week.. but im here now and i will be posting workouts shortly....
3-8-2011 Chest DB incline-- 50x10/ 80x10/ 90x6/ 80x8/ 80x8-- dropped rest down to 30-45 seconds-- really hurts numbers but i could really feel the exercises the following day Decline BB-- 135x12/ 155x10/ 185x8/ 205x6 Cable flys-- 30x10/ 25x10/ 25x20/25x10 side lateral raise-- 25x10 x 5 sets-- really smoked shoulders here-- 30-45 rest, well actually this hass been the rest period all week... i have on old training partner that i sback in the gym and he is pushing me to drop the rest time, so we will see how this works BB shrugs-- 5 sets 0f 10-- didnt write down the weight... Upright rows-- 2 sets of 15 3-10-2011 Legs Leg press-- 170x10/ 260x10/ 350x8/ 440x4/ 350x8/ 350x8 Deads-- 135x10/ 225x10/ 315x6 drop tp 135x10--- training partner tells me im not dropping my ass, so its back to basics, i spent the next 30-45 minutes working on getting back to basics-- from this point on weight will be low until i can get this figured out... 3-11-2011 Back/ Biceps/ Triceps PUs/ BW x10/ BW x10/ 60x9/ 60x7/ 60x6/ 60x6-- i have no clue what is going on here, but oh well, we will see what happens next week... reverse grip BO rows-- 135x15/ 185x10/ 185x8/ 155x10/ 155x10 Seated cable rows-- 160x12/ 180x10/ 200x10/ 220x6/ 240x4 seated incline db curls-- 45x8/ 45x8/ 35x10/ 35x8 str8 bar curls-- 75x8/ 75x8/ 65x10/ 65x10 Cable press down-- 72.5x12/ 12/ 12/ 10/ 10-- great pump going on in arms Cable overhead tricep ext-- 72.5x 10/ 10/ 10/ 10/10 all in all fridays workout was pretty good, for some reason, my pull ups were slacking but i guess it happens

Legs Standing leg curls-- 60x12x5 sets SLDL-- 185x10/ 185x10/ 205x10/ 225x8 Leg Ext-- 125x20/ 125x20/ 140x20/ 155x20/ 140x20-- KILLED IT.... AWESOME PUMP!!!! Leg press-- 260x10x 3 sets Squats- ATG-- 135x10x 3 sets-- legs are smoked!!! this new concept of no rest is whooping my arse!!! but the pumps are insaine... on another note i started a run of Mass Addiction Amplified and IMPAC, i ran this combo in Kuwait and i loved it... today was first day so i know the MA isnt doing anything yet, but i did get excellent energy and focus from the IMPAC, i really love that stuff.. the Beta tingles are great!!!!
