6 Weeks of Drollin
What's up guy's, it's that time for another cycle. I'm going to be running Hdrol 6 weeks and Mdrol last 3 weeks. I have been contemplating two different dosing schemes and will decide on how the sides are treating me if any. Dosing schemes look like this: Hdrol 50/75/75/75/75/75 or 50/75/75/100/100/100 Mdrol 0/0/0/20/30/30 I have Nolva for PCT and going to run it at 30/30/20/20/10 Training: 4 Days per week STS were each muscle is trained "twice a week" using 3 exercises per major bodypart. Monday- Chest Shoulders Back Traps Abs Tuesday- Arms Legs Wednesday- Abs Thursday- Chest Shoulders Back Traps Friday- Arms Legs Abs Saturday- Sunday Off- Maybe if the weather permits I'll do some running, same with Sunday Goal: To gain 8-10 lean pounds of muscle and decrese my BF% by at least 2%. Diet: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday – Less than 50g carbs, 2g Protein per pound of body weight Thursday/Friday- 100-150g Carbs, 1.5g Protein per pound of bodyweight Saturday/Sunday- 2g carbs per pound of bodyweight, 1g protein per pound (Not sure on this yet, going to keep carbs as low as I can for as long as I can I think) http://i423.photobucket.com/albums/p...gan/cycle1.jpg The Arsenal: H-Drol M-Drol Protein G-Force Metomorphosis BCAA+G Liver Assist XT Cycle Assist Black Out Multi-V Omega-3's Nitrous and probably a few other goodies along the way.
